The mandate stays with the institution

Civic is the delivery arm: the part of the company that sits in the operations room with an organising committee, a health service or a ministry and makes a timetable, an appointment or an accreditation actually happen.

The committee, the service or the ministry holds the mandate and the accountability, decides policy and publishes the timetable. We supply the surface, the integration and the people who stay in the room during the event. Residency and retention follow the host jurisdiction, and accreditation data is destroyed on the schedule the institution sets.

The line was created in 2024 because public delivery takes a different posture from commercial delivery. Every deployment is rehearsed at full scale before it is relied on, and it is now the largest public-sector line in the company by revenue.

What Civic is carrying

The immediate work is the Winter Youth Olympic Games at Dolomiti Valtellina, where we hold venue coordination, transport sequencing and accreditation for the organising committee and are also a partner and sponsor of the Games; the partnership statement sets out what that covers. It is the last full-scale rehearsal before Los Angeles.

Year-round, and in its fifth year, the National Health Service runs theatre lists, outpatient sequencing and regional bed coordination on our systems. The service sets clinical priority; we make it executable.

The UEFA European Championship across England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland is contracted and in integration, which means cross-border transport sequencing across four associations and two jurisdictions of law. The Olympic and Paralympic Games in Los Angeles were integrated through 2027 and rehearsed across the 2027 test-event campaign.

Behind us are Milan-Cortina 2026 and the 2026 World Cup, the first full-scale deployments, across thirteen host cities in three countries. The after-action reports are available to public-sector counterparties on request.
