Kanton Zürich completed the migration of civil registration on 2 January, in an eleven-hour read-only window taken by its own staff; the full statement gives the record counts, the correction made at the counters and the canton's own findings. A three-state river commission's allocation formula, tabled by X2 in October, has been in force since the first of the year; the statement sets out the thresholds and the testing. The Mars Fund closed its second tranche the same day and opened subscription for the third to institutional holders. This website was rebuilt on 1 January.
Judicial scheduling in England and Wales completed its first full term on 14 December. Surface power modules were cleared for flight-qualifying test on 19 December, which is set out with the rest of the campaign in the qualification briefing, and on 22 December a reconstruction authority published the findings of the review X2 had attended.
Supervised access to X2 opened cohort V to institutional applicants on 8 December; the supervised-access briefing sets out what the regime obliges of us and of the institution. The second induction cohort began preparation for the settlement programme on 30 November, and the donor consent framework was republished on 10 November after external audit.
