Recent agreements
The tissue framework with four university hospitals was renewed in November for five years, on the same terms and the same audit, covering nerve, corneal and cochlear lines. A pharmaceutical consortium in Basel holds supervised access for its own research, into its third cohort.
Signed or confirmed since October: the final scope of the Dolomiti Valtellina partnership with the organising committee, the Greater Manchester extension into a third year, and the accession instruments that took the Helios Logistics Consortium to six governments.
The organisations that answer to the public keep their own accountability. The vehicles that carry our modules are flown by our launch partners, the wards our Synthetics work on are run by the health services that commission them, and research with universities and hospitals is published by them, in full and on their own terms. Where we both supply and compete with a counterparty, the separation is audited.
The counterparties
In health and care, integrated care boards and municipal authorities engage us as a supplier of staff and of maintenance, and university hospitals take nerve, corneal and cochlear tissue under framework agreement. A pharmaceutical consortium in Basel holds supervised access for its own research. Synthetics sets out how a placement works.
In space, logistics modules are manifested for Starship-class integration with SpaceX, and module dimensions and interfaces are frozen against that vehicle. Landing-system rendezvous and docking interfaces are standardised with Blue Origin, so that a manifest can fly on either provider. The European Space Agency's Rosalind Franklin programme is the precedent we work from for surface instrument qualification.
In capital, where our vehicle and BlackRock's, or the AI Infrastructure Partnership's, are both in a power or land asset, allocation is complementary and disclosed. MGX and the Gulf sovereign allocators subscribe to the Mars Fund and the Infrastructure Capital Vehicle.
The LA28 Organizing Committee contracted us in October 2026 and holds every decision right; Civic describes how that delivery works. The Council of Europe, the European Commission and the national authorities we file with are the bodies we work inside.
